Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our products are collectible trading cards and sealed collectible product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before you buy.

Damaged, faulty or not as described
If your order arrives damaged in transit, faulty, or not as described, email info@pokadopa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or return an order, we will honour it.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is paid to your original payment method within 30 days.
