Shipping Policy
Where we ship Pokadopa ships nationwide across South Africa. All orders are dispatched from Cape Town.
Processing & dispatch Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order being placed and payment clearing.
Delivery times Once dispatched, orders are delivered via tracked courier, typically within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Outlying and remote areas may take slightly longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by our courier partners.
Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.
Secure delivery (coded drop-off) For the security of your order, deliveries are completed using a coded drop-off: you'll receive a unique delivery code, which you provide to the courier on handover to confirm safe receipt. Please keep this code handy and only share it with the courier at the point of delivery. This protects your parcel and ensures it reaches the right hands.
Incorrect address / failed delivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or wrong address, re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@pokadopa.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date and we'll work with the courier to resolve it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
