Shipping

We ship across South Africa with a tracked courier service.

Processing time: orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2 working days].
Delivery time: [2–4 working days] to main centres after dispatch; outlying areas may take a little longer.
Shipping cost: a [flat rate of R99] per order, or FREE on all orders of R3,000 or more.
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Sealed booster boxes and collectibles are packed with protection for corners and seals, so your product arrives in collector-ready condition.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@pokadopa.com within [48 hours] of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind: unopened, sealed items in original condition may be returned within [7 days] of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.
Opened sealed product: for authenticity and value reasons, booster boxes and sealed collectibles that have been opened cannot be returned.
