Delete your Pokadopa account

You can delete your Pokadopa account (used in the Pokadopa app and on singles.pokadopa.com) at any time.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Pokadopa app, or go to singles.pokadopa.com, and sign in.
  2. Tap My cards.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap 🗑 Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE (and your password, if you set one) and confirm.

You'll be signed out on every phone and browser straight away.

Can't sign in? Email info@pokadopa.com from the email address on your account (or WhatsApp us from your registered number) and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your name, WhatsApp number, email address and Pudo locker / delivery details
  • Your password and sign-in codes
  • Your card portfolio, card hunts, price alerts and trackers
  • Photos you shared on the Pull Wall and photos from grade checks
  • Your points, store credit, referral code and VIP status

What is kept

Records of past orders and payments (items, amounts and dates) are kept for up to 5 years because we need them for tax and accounting. They no longer contain your name or contact details. Accounts with unpaid items can only be deleted once those items are paid for or released.
